Becoming a Sacred Witness has happened through the synthesis of all the healing arts I have alchemized into my life, practice, and classes from all my education, training, and experiences. As a spiritual guide, healing alchemist, and life consultant and coach, I work with clients and students to transform the base material of their life into gold. I offer private one-on-one sessions, a variety of virtual classes, and pilgrimages in Egypt, all with the goal of helping you to be the best you that you can be.
Through the healing modalities I work with and am an ongoing student of, I offer my presence and skill in witness to your sacred nature, drawing forth that which will serve your highest good. I invite you to read more below about the modalities I have integrated into my life, practice and offerings.
Ecopsychological principles are at the heart of all of my work. I hold a master’s degree in transpersonal psychology with a concentration in ecopsychology from Naropa University. This degree provides a profound academic container to hold the spiritual learning of my life.
I define ecopsychology as the inter-connectivity of the psyche, ecology, and spirit through the recognition of the interconnected, interdependence of all parts of the whole. Humanity lives within a holonic living system and would not survive without it. This means we are not defined by the boundary of our skin or our minds, but are, in fact, in relationship with the whole of the interconnected web of life on this planet, and even beyond into the cosmos.
Additionally, ecopsychology recognizes that humanity has come to a place where it views itself as something other than nature, a species to dominate and control the planet and all its resources. This split from our source has a myriad of consequences such as the degradation of the planet to create an endless stream of consumer goods for our entertainment and distraction.
Ecopsychology offers solutions through various practices, rites of passages, rituals, and re-connection to the earth from which we all come. My study of the Egyptian Mysteries has led me to feel the deep ecopsychological truths embedded within the archetypal stories of the ancient deities. I love working with the healing art of Alchemical Healing for similar reasons, as it connects up deeply to our innate nature.

In 2011, I was initiated by Nicki Scully as a lineage holder in the Hermetic tradition of Thoth, certifying me as a teacher and practitioner of Alchemical Healing. I offer Alchemical Healing classes and incorporates this form into my private sessions.
Alchemical Healing is a powerful healing form that utilizes visualizations and journeying techniques to access the symbolic language of the subconscious and spirit worlds. During the process, animal spirits, guides, the five elements, colors, and plant spirits are invited in to offer wisdom, healing, and advice on what is most needed for your highest good and deepest health. A very interactive process between the client, myself, and spirit, Alchemical Healing can benefit physical, emotional, and spiritual issues.
Alchemical Healing gives access to our innate inner wisdom and healing, as well as a connection to all of the cosmos. In this way, we can enter an optimum state of well-being personally, communally, and globally. It is a gift to show up and pay attention.
I have witnessed and experienced some very profound and life altering experiences of healing with this modality, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
From Nicki's website, “Powerful Alchemical Healing techniques weave spirit and matter, develop communications between divinity and humanity, transform experience into wisdom, and skillfully influence physical reality to achieve healing and transformation. Alchemical Healing permits entry into the magical realms of intuition and limitless knowledge. Through Alchemical Healing we consciously enter infinite depths from which we bring forth and translate our magical experience into effective healing action.”

I am a Master Certified Professional Life Coach through the Certified Life Coach Institute. This program provided an amazing container to be able to hold space in such a way as to be able to guide the client by asking questions that elicit the wisdom and answer for the client from within the client's knowing.
While different than Alchemical Healing in practice, the two share similar containers than focus on helping the client to guide their process rather than inserting what I think and know and assume.
The Egyptian Mysteries have become an essential aspect of my life and practice. The mysteries are a recognition that the neteru, the ancient pantheon of Egypt, offer a connection to the past that is very much alive in the present through their archetypal patterns which move within each of us.
Since 2012, I have spent many years in Egypt during my nineteen journeys there. This time has allowed me to foster a deep connection and relationship with the land and people. On my visits to the sacred temples and working with Zahra Handworks Foundation, this relationship continues to develop. Each time I return, I gain a deeper understanding of the profound alchemical processes at play in the land, culture, and mythos. I am a dedicated Priestess of Ma'at, Student of Djehuti, and companion of Muhammed (peace be upon him).
Something I have learned during my time with the Egyptian Mysteries and in Egypt is this: The temples and sacred places, even those that have little resemblance to their once grand majestic beauty, are still alive and pulsing with the energy imbued in them so long ago. It is as though the temple locations are acupressure points on the planet. I believe that when we walk these sites with intention and respect for what was and what is now, we enliven ourselves, our communities, and our world with healing.
I find that when we allow ourselves to sink in and access the divine wisdom that the Egyptian Mysteries bring, we open to a matrix of essential knowledge just waiting for our attention. Egypt and her mysteries have the magic to help us to arrive fully into the present moment where we receive this breath of life.
During my tours in Egypt, in workshops, and private sessions with clients, the archetypal energies of the potent Egyptian Pantheon help to guide me, my clients, and my groups into a more profound understanding of our place in the context of deep time and infinite space. Although there is always an intention and a foundation for the work I offers with the Egyptian Mysteries, I humbly honor that it is indeed a mystery, a mystery that reveals itself only in the moment of attention and creation.

The word oracle comes from the Latin verb ōrāre "to speak."
CHANNEL
When I am in session, I am in constant accesses to an inner oracular wisdom that comes thru in the form of messages, images, and information.
CARDS
Cards can bring context and depth to our sessions. I mainly use the Anubis Oracle as well as the Medu Neter (a handmade deck of hieroglyphics inspired by Normandi Ellis), animal cards, and the various other decks. The cards can be brought in to supplement a a private session or can be the foundation of the session.
ALSO! Every year I offer a 2 hours Anubis Oracle Circle to learn about and work with the Anubis Oracle! See classes for more info!

I am dedicated to giving my life in service to the creative, intuitive, generative, life-giving aspect of the Divine. I know that my awakening, and thus my connection to the divine, is tied intricately right now and the way in which I show up and pay attention.
CEREMONIES, RITUALS, and RITES
As an ordained Minister of Walking Prayer with the Center for Sacred Studies, I am honored to offer my ministerial services. I am available to help you create rites of passage, birthing rituals, seasonal rituals, weddings, memorials, and more.
Ceremony and ritual have become scarce in our modern, technologically busy world. Rites of passage are an all but forgotten aspect of whole integrated individuals in a thriving culture. Planning a ceremony can be both joyful and overwhelming. I can help you plan to whatever extent your needs require, and looks forward to officiating on your special day.
SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE
I offer presence as a Sacred Witness. Whether simply seeking to further your connection to a spiritual path or facing difficult life challenges, I am honored to work with you.
Please connect with her to discuss your needs.

I an an initiate of the sacred elementals: Water, Earth, Air, Fire, & Akasha.
I implemented and completed a five-year elemental process which allowed me to better understand the simplicity, complexity, and connections of these essential building blocks and how they can help us in deeply alchemical ways.
I incorporate aspects of the elements throughout my sessions and classes. In Alchemical Healing, I work with the energetics of these sacred five. I also work with images, interpretations, and sensations invoked in clouds, water, stones, and fire. I call in their ancient wisdom for present day assistance.

I undertaken herbal training from the Columbine Herbal School of Botanical Studies and Herbal Transitions. This study and research in medicinal and healing herbs has helped to inform my Alchemical Healing practice as well as my daily life.
I am not an accredited herbalist, nor will I prescribe physical herbs for your ingestion. However, we may work with the spirit of plant allies during an Alchemical Healing session.

Past Life Regression can be a very profound tool to help heal unwanted patterns, phobias, and habits in this life, regardless of if you believe in reincarnation. I will use relaxation techniques to bring you into a theta brainwave state, an aware, awake state just above dreaming. In this state of deep relaxation you will be able to access your inner vision and experience other lives. You are always in control of your session and I am there to facilitate and guide you using the intention you bring with you to the session. My main teachers in this modality have been Julia Ingram and Nicki Scully.

Reiki is a form of energy healing developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. Reiki is translated as, Rei - universal life and Ki - energy, thus being a universal life energy. It is practiced by laying the hands on or above various parts of the body. As the reiki practitioner, I am simply a conduit, allowing the energy to flow through my hands into the clients. It is said that reiki is an intelligent energy that goes where it is needed most. A reiki session is deeply relaxing, allowing you to unwind from your hectic life in a most nourishing way. I generally use reiki in combination with other modalities, and gladly offers full reiki sessions when requested.

Developed by Joanna Macy, the Work that Reconnects provides a framework for processing and facing the despair and fear for our rapidly changing earth. She talks of this time as The Great Turning saying,
“The most remarkable feature of this historical moment on Earth is not that we are on the way to destroying the world—we’ve actually been on the way for quite a while. It is that we are beginning to wake up, as from a millennia-long sleep, to a whole new relationship to our world, to ourselves and each other.”
This time is ripe with opportunity to become more than we have been and stand in a place of hope and action for the future of our world. Joanna has developed many powerful rituals and group processes to prepare us for this Great Turning by allowing a safe vessel to hold our grief and allow it to flow from us.
The Work that Reconnects is connected to and grounded in Deep Ecology. Deep Ecology is the knowing that we are intimately connected to the entire web of life and that we depend deeply upon its health and well being. We are not separate from, but rather a part of the natural world. The act of living a life that destroys the natural world brings a societal despair which we mask and perpetuate through our rampant consumerism. The Work provides a framework for processing this despair.

I spent three years studying the pedagogy of the human being from the perspective of Rudolf Steiner and the Waldorf School movement at the Waldorf Institute of Southern California (WISC). Her training encompassed human development from preschool through 12th grade, and beyond into adulthood.
The foundation provided by the anthroposophical underpinnings, gave practice and grounding in deep inquiry. Additionally, the main principles of HEAD, HEART, and HANDS has permeated into much of my life.
Although I do not currently teach in a Waldorf school, the skills and principles integrated from this training and time spent working in Waldorf Schools has informed my technique and skill in all the areas I teach.

As far back as I can remember, inspired by creativity and beauty, I have been creating.
I am an artist who explores the mediums of paint, stone, wood, clay, fibers, words, ritual, healing, and social transformation.
I hold the intention to inspire my students and clients to become active co-creators in their lives.

The Clear Bead in the Center changes everything.
There are no edges in my loving now.
They say there is a window between one soul and another.
But if there are no walls, there is no need for a window or a latch.
