Terms & Conditions, Policies, Agreements, & Privacy

• Most classes and programs are recorded and shared with the participants in the class. Recordings will remain available for at least 3 months after the class ends. 
• In order to create a safe contain for the work we do together, I ask all participants to agree to confidentiality. 
• This includes not sharing the experiences, sharing, and stories heard from other participants in the class and not being in a space where people who are not participating in the class can hear what is being said. This applies to listening to the recordings as well. 
• I reserve the right to use the recordings of any of my classes in future offerings, and will not include the student's sharing. 

• To register for a class or program, follow the links on the page associated with the class or program that you are interested in attending.  To be fully registered, you will need to fill out the class registration form and pay for the class.

• To gain access to classes, full payment is required unless you have made specific  arrangements. 
• After your registration and payment is received, you will be provided with a Class Info Doc before your class begins will all pertinent information including the zoom link. 

Sometimes life plans change. If you need to cancel your participation in a class, please note the refund schedule:

• up to 7 days before start: 75% Refund
• 1 to 6 days before Class: 50% Refund
• day of / unused portions: No Refund

If you are making payments on a year program and cancel mid-process, this Refund Policy is still applicable, and you will be liable for unpaid payments. To instigate a refund, email Zahra Indigo with your request.

When you purchase a class or program, I agree to the following:

• I, Zahra Indigo Rønlov MA MCPC, agree to maintain the highest ethics, confidentiality as defined above, and to be fully present with you every time we meet in class. 
• If I determine that your needs are beyond the scope of my class, I reserve the right to suggest that your seek out the services of a professional licensed mental health or medical professional. In such cases, I also reserve the right to discontinue my services with you, if necessary. 
• Except as expressly provided in our Agreement, I makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the services negotiated, agreed upon, and rendered. In no event shall I be liable to you for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that you may incur, my entire liability under this Agreement, and your exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount you actually paid me under our agreement for any and all services rendered through and including the termination date.

By purchasing a class or program, you agree to the following:

• You (the Client) understand that I hold a master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology with an Ecopsychology concentration, am a Master Certified Professional Life Coach, am a non-denominational Minister, and am an Alchemical Healer. I am not a licensed psychologist, therapist, or councilor.  
• You are solely responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional well-being. You are solely responsible for any and all decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from the classes or programs you attend with me. As such, you agree that I am not, and will not at any future point, be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any teachings provided by me. You understands that the content of the classes I offer is not psychology, therapy, or counseling. My services do not substitute for mental or physical health therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
• You acknowledge that participating in my classes and programs might entail a comprehensive process that could involve different areas of your life that may include work, finances, health, relationships, education, recreation, and spirituality. You agree that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate the tools, techniques, and suggestions given into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively your responsibility.
• You acknowledge that my classes do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of physical aliments or mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association, and that  the content taught in my classes is not to be used as a substitute for psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care,  counseling, therapy, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice given by legal, medical, or other qualified professionals and that it is the your exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed.
• You understand that in order to enhance my services, you agree to communicate honestly, to be open to feedback and assistance, and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the class or program.
• You further acknowledge that you understand the rescheduling and cancelation policies detailed above.
• You understand that when you register for a class, you consent to these agreements and all that is listed  in this section for classes and programs. 

• The nature of my services, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that you share with me as part of my services, is bound by confidentiality. 
• Please be aware that my services are not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege. 
• That stated, I agree not to disclose any of your information without your expressed written consent. 
• You acknowledge and agree to your continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with me in a timely manner.
• The exceptions to this are in the event that: 

1. the information is generally known to the public or in your industry;
2. I have obtained the information from a third party, without breach of any obligation to you; 
3. I independently developed content without use of or reference to your confidential information;  
4. I am required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose; 
5. you disclose information, and as a result of such disclosure I reasonably believe there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to yourself or others; and/or 
6. your disclosure of information involves illegal activity. 

• Scheduling all of the session you have purchased is your responsibility via the links on the schedule page. I do not, nor will not, track down clients who have purchased session but do not schedule via the provided scheduling links or reach out to schedule. 
• If the listed times do not work for you, reach out to determine a mutually beneficial time. 
• Purchased sessions must be scheduled within one year of purchase, after which, if unused, are non-refundable. To reiterate, it is your responsibility to keep track of your scheduling.  

• Payment for single sessions and packages is when scheduling your sessions. 
• Packages must be paid-in-full to take advantage of the discounted rate. 
• Payments are submitted online with credit card.

Life happens and sometimes planned sessions need to be changed. When you schedule with me, my time is blocked specifically for your session and I take time to prepare to meet with you. If you find you have to reschedule or cancel your participation in our scheduled session, please note the following:

• Late to a Session: If you are a few minutes late for an appointment please understand my need to respect upcoming appointments and the session will still need to finish at your scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late of our agreed start time & I have not been contacted, it will be assumed you have cancelled and the session will not be refunded. 
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.  If less than 24 hour notice is given, you will be charged for the session. 
• Cancelations: If you decide to cancel our agreement, please understand the Refund Policy. Unused package hours may be transferred to friends and family members. Please contact me in advance to transfer to a new client. 
• To reschedule, cancel, or instigate a refund, please reach out with your request.

Single Sessions

•  More than 24 hours before a session ~ 85% Refund
• Less that 24 hours before ~ No Refund
• Missed sessions ~ No Refund

Packages

• If you cancel our agreement, any remaining package hours are not refundable. However, the remaining hours can be transferred at 100% of purchase price to a friend or family member of your choice, or given as scholarship to someone in need. 
• If I cancel a package agreement due to my determination that your needs are beyond the scope of my practice, I will refund the remaining hours at 85% of purchase price or transfer the remaining hours at 100% of purchase price to a friend or family member of your choice, or given as scholarship to someone in need. 
• In the case of hours being transferred, the new person will have a new agreement with me for the value of your remaining hours. 

Please note: I reserve the right to send refunds via check regardless of the method of the initial payment. 

When you purchase a single session or package of sessions, I agree to the following:

• I, Zahra Indigo Rønlov MA MCPC, agree to maintain the highest ethics, confidentiality as defined below, and to be fully present with you every time we meet. 
• If I determine that your needs are beyond the scope of my practice, I reserve the right to suggest that your seek out the services of a professional licensed mental health or medical professional. In such cases, I also reserve the right to discontinue my services with you, if necessary. 
• Except as expressly provided in our Agreement, I makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the services negotiated, agreed upon, and rendered. In no event shall I be liable to you for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that you may incur, my entire liability under this Agreement, and your exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount you actually paid me under our agreement for any and all services rendered through and including the termination date.
• If I have to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances within 24 hours of your session , I will provide a 24% off coupon towards a future single session. 

By purchasing a single session or package of sessions, you agree to the following:

• You (the Client) understand that I hold a master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology with an Ecopsychology concentration, am a Master Certified Professional Life Coach, am a non-denominational Minister, and am an Alchemical Healer. As such, my services include in Life Consulting and Coaching, Spiritual Guidance, and Alchemical Healing. I am not a licensed psychologist, therapist, or councilor.  
• You are solely responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional well-being. You are solely responsible for any and all decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from the sessions and interactions with me. As such, you agree that I am not, and will not at any future point, be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by me. You understands that the process and presence I offer is not psychology, therapy, or counseling. My services do not substitute for mental or physical health therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
• You acknowledge that your time working with me will entail a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of your life that may include work, finances, health, relationships, education, recreation, and spirituality. You agree that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate the tools, techniques, and suggestions given into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively your responsibility.
• You acknowledge that my services do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of physical aliments or mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association, and that my services are not to be used as a substitute for psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care,  counseling, therapy, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice given by legal, medical, or other qualified professionals and that it is the your exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that you promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the the services for which you hire me. 
• You understand that in order to enhance my services, you agree to communicate honestly, to be open to feedback and assistance, and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the process.
• You further acknowledge that you may terminate or discontinue my services at any time and understand the rescheduling and cancelation policies detailed below.
• You understand that packages must be use within 12 months of purchase, and after such time are no longer be available. 
• You understand that when you register for a session or package of sessions that you consent to these agreements and all that is listed  in this section for 1:1 sessions. 

• Unless specified to the contrary, any work I do on behalf of another person, business, company, or organization remains the property of that entity. 
• I will not share the nature of the work I do or use it for myself or another. 
• That said, some systems & governance models I create may have cross over and similarities across

• When you secure my services for your ceremony, rights of passage, or ritual, I will provide an agreement detailing the nature of my services, payment fees and schedule, etc.

• When you request information for any of my journeys, you will be provides with the Terms & Conditions, Policies, and Agreements that are specific to the tours. 
• Payment details will be provided with the information for the tour that interests you.
• The Cancelation & Refund Policies for tours will be provided when you express interest for one of my journeys.

Free offerings have a variety of access points to the content. Follow the instructions/links in the listing for whatever you are interested in. Free offerings do not require a signed release form. By showing up to freely participate in these offerings, you agree and understand the following:

• You are choosing under you own self dominion to participate in offerings from Sacred Witness LLC and Zahra Indigo Rønlov. You understand that any teachers, guest contributors, assistants, and/or other participants do not diagnose conditions, prescribe substances, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailments you may have. 
• You understand that you hold within you the wisdom to learn, grow, and heal yourself when the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects are attended. Through your choice to participate in free offerings with Sacred Witness LLC and subsidiaries, Sacred Witness Pilgrimages, Healing Alchemy, and any teachers, assistant, or guests, you acknowledge your intention to bring attention to your own self-improvement and healing process. 
• You understand this study may require you to inquire deeply into the nature of yourself—who you are and who you want to be. 

I keep mailing lists for Sacred Witness LLC & Blue Lotus Alchemy and will send out occasional newsletters and emails with notes and updates about my offerings. You give consent to be added to my lists when:  

• You sign up for a session or participate in one of my groups.
• You choose to subscribe to my mailing list via this website.
• You can unsubscribe at any time. 

• I will not share/sell your personal contact information with anyone at anytime without your expressed permission. 
• If you sign up for a group process or a tour, you will automatically give consent for me to share your name, email, and phone number with assistants and co-teachers in the event they need to be in touch about the group activities you are participating in. They will not add your contact information to their own mailing lists or share/sell your personal contact information with anyone at anytime without your expressed permission. 

Classes & Programs

• When you sign up for a group process, a recording may be made of the class, workshop, or event. The use of the recording will be made explicit in the event materials.
• By participating in any of my online offerings, you provide your consent for your image and the content of your sharing to be recorded.
• When you attend any of my online offerings, you understand that most classes, programs, and free offerings are recorded. 
• For classes and programs, I will share the link of the unlisted recordings from my YouTube channel with the students in the class. This link will remain available for at least three months. 
• Free opportunities are listed as public my YouTube channel for anyone to find.
• You can control your video sharing and the way your name is displayed. If you do not want your sharing in class to be recorded, you can request the recording to be paused during your share. 
• I retain the right to share or repackage the recordings from past classes, programs, and free offerings. However, if I do so, I will ensure all content shared from class and program participants is edited out unless I am given expressed written permission. 

Blue Lotus Alchemy

• During session, everything shared is held in sacred confidentiality. Private sessions will only be recorded if your consent is given. 
• Any recordings made will be provided to you for your personal viewing via email after you session and will then be deleted from my system.

• While cookies are enabled to track online analytics, such as how much traffic this site receives, I do not capture or save any specific personal data through this website except what you share directly with me such as subscribing for my mailing list or sending me a note from the contact page.
