Organizational Alchemy

I am available to serve as a part-time executive assistant or an interim director during a transitions or to support the development of a current director. I can a work with your company or organization to assess your systemic needs to provide a road map of how to move forward in alignment with your culture and mission. I specialized in creating governance structures and has a strong understanding for alternative governance models such a Dynamic Governance.

I am available to offer consultation in the development of your business, organization, or project. I have experience developing organizational structures and systems, writing by-laws, sitting on the boards of several non-profits, and initiating new companies. Whether starting a new organization or wanting someone to provide perspective and assistance on one that is already in existence, I am ready to offer support!

I am available to facilitate your meetings, workshops, or councils. My training has focused on council facilitation with skill running many types of meetings. My experience includes facilitating the Oregon Country Fair Board of Directors for over five years, two years as the chair of the Emerald Valley Time Exchange, was President of The Fountain, and am the current chair of the Zahra Handworks Foundation. In this, I have created, facilitated and assisted a variety of meetings and workshops over the years.  

In addition to developing the branding for all my ventures, I was the in-house graphic designer for Café Mam for 18 years. I have helped designed and build a number of websites over the years including this one as well as for Sacred Witness Pilgrimages, Royal Blueberries, the Gifts of Ma'at, and others.
