I am a Sacred Witness in life and in my work with people all around the globe. I aim to live my life in line with ideals of simple, organic, healthy living. I am continually striving to lessen my impact on our earth. I seek to nurture a sustainable lifestyle in the sea of a technologically chaotic and consumptive society. At the root of my life, I am dedicated to my own spiritual, emotional, and intellectual evolution, always working to be the best that I can be - a continual unfolding process. This process continues to spiral around, bringing me to higher and higher levels of teachings and wisdom, each appearing when as I am ready. I honor where I have been, where I am now, and where I am heading - learning much on each pass of the spiral. It is powerful medicine.

Since 1990, my home has been in the temperate rainforests of the Pacific Northwest at the southern end of the Willamette Valley—the traditional homelands of the Kalapuya People.
I am honored to be momma for two amazing boys, Logan (1997) and Terran (2006), and step-daughter McKenzie (1997), as well as Blu bunny, Mau & Alabaaster cats, and Miss Daisy dog.
I am deeply humbled to have had the gift of studying and working with many, many wise humans along the way, and count my blessings every day. I ever grateful all my teachers incarnated and in spirit with a special honoring to what Nick Scully, Jyoti Ma, Normandi Ellis, Pir Zia Inayat Khan, and Muhammad (Peace be upon him) have brought to my life.

My Credentials:
- PhD student at Southwestern College in the Visionary Practice and Regenerative Leadership program with an expected completion Fall 2027.
- Master’s degree is from Naropa University in the field of Transpersonal Psychology with an Ecopsychology concentration.
- A Master Certified Professional Life Coach with the Certified Life Coach Institute.
- An ordained Minister of Walking Prayer with the Center for Sacred Studies.
- A Teacher’s Certificate from the Waldorf Institute of Southern California.
- An approved Alchemical Healing Teacher and Practitioner, held under the Lineage of Djehuti and Nicki Scully.

I strive to continually grow and learn in order to enhance my personal development as well as what I have to offer my clients and students.
I am now in the midst of two year program with the Suluk Academy through Inayatiyya, a Global Sufi organization. As such, I am initiated as a murīd and have entered a deep study of the Sufi Master, Hazrat Inayat Khan, though his grandson, Pir Zia Inayat Khan. This study is offering me a rewarding and illuminating deepening into my own process and connection to the divine.

It is with so much gratitude to Nicki Scully that I am deeply initiated into the Egyptian Mysteries. First through Shamanic Journeys, Ltd, and now my own company, Sacred Witness Pilgrimage. I have guided hundreds of pilgrimages in groups small and large through Egypt. Since 2012, I have accumulated many years in the country living with locals in my desire to understand the ways of the people of today, all the while studying the ways of the ancients who once graced this magical land.

While in Egypt, I have offered my service to provide enrichment, education, and tools to women in Egypt with a focus on the importance of working with one’s hands and the benefit this can bring family, community, and the environment with the non-profit I instigated called Zahra Handworks Foundation.

I volunteer in a variety of capacities for organizations I believe in.
The Oregon Country Fair founded in 1969, hosts an annual arts and music event every second weekend in July just outside Eugene. This has been an essential community for me since 1992. Amongst other roles, I served on the Board of Directors for 9.5 years, was the VP for 7 years, and currently am the co-conductor for Altared Space, a sacred altar created during the event and a creator of the Opening Ceremony.
In 2008, I founded a Time Bank called the Emerald Valley Time Exchange, which in 2013 merged with a similar group and is now Kindista. Its mission is to provide a place where members can offer their gifts, and in turn, receive the help they need.

While I am grateful for the ability to own and operate my own company, I am also grateful for the work I have now and have been bless to do in my life.
I am once again working for the 501(c)(3) non-profit called The Fountain as the executive director. Our mission centers on Sacred Territories, Sacred Cultures, and Sacred Economics. I previously worked various roles with The Fountain from 2020 - 2023, as an executive assistant, Interim Executive Director, and President.
For 17 years, I worked with the family company Royal Blue Organics as the graphic designer. The two products offered are Café Mam Organic Fair Trade Coffee and Royal Blueberries. While I no longer work for the company, every morning I drink a cup of my favorite blend called Mochó and aim to always have blueberries in the house whether fresh during the summer or frozen the rest of the year! Customers have told us that we have the best blueberries in the whole universe!
