And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

My approach is rooted in the belief that when you are connected to your intrinsic wisdom and sacred life's purpose, you will gain the perspectives you need so all areas of your life prosper. For over fifteen years, I have been grateful to offer one-on-one and group sessions through the lens of ecopsychology, spiritual guidance, consultation, coaching,  and Alchemical Healing.

I believe in a collaborative approach, working together to identify your strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and gain tools, strategies, and techniques to satisfy your intention, and achieve the life you want to live. I will work closely with you to understand your unique needs to develop customized services that deliver results.
