Guided Meditations ~ Writing ~ Ritual
Zahra Indigo will move you through a deeply inspired process to honor your Sacred Purpose through teachings, guidance, active visualizations/ inner journeys, a daily dream circle, and writing prompts. Each night she, along with Jeya, Donna, and Alexa, will hold a special elemental ritual to honor and complete the intention of the day. You will receive a Sacred Purpose journal to scribe your experience during this Retreat.
Movement
Qi Gong
Jeya will begin our mornings with Qi Gong as well as intersperse moments of movement throughout the day. Qi Gong is a gentle practice that opens the physical and energetic pathways in the body with the effect of being calming, energizing, and healing. No prior Qi Gong experience is needed.
Artistic Expression
Watercolors ~ Charcoals ~ Beeswax
To help inspire and express your experience, each day Indigo will help you to create using watercolors, charcoal, and beeswax. No matter what your artistic experience is, you will be engaged in a creative process! All art materials will be provided.
Nurishment
Organic Meals
You will be served healthy, organic breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with love and care so you are well fed in body, mind, and spirit! All food preferences and needs will be accommodated.
Lodging
The Oregon Beach House
You will be held in comfort and charm in this amazing oceanfront house in Waldport, Oregon, Check out the house HERE.

All meals will cater to Vegan, Vegetarian, and Omnivores.
Breakfast will be self-serve,
and both lunch and dinner will be shared together as a group.
